The Kyogle Farmers Market stalls will be trading throughout the day, offering fresh local produce, plants and seedlings, jams and preserves, and delicious baked goods.
You’ll also find a wide variety of market stalls featuring craft and artisan products, including beef jerky, honey, candles, embroidered goods, T-shirts, caps and clothing, 3D sensory items, essential oil products, hand-carved timber fishing lures, botanical prints, timber cutting boards and kitchen utensils. Several will have pumpkin related items for sale.
There will also be a martial arts activity and information stall, along with face painting, providing fun, interactive activities for kids and families.
Get ready for a jaw-dropping spectacle as growers roll in their colossal pumpkins to compete for the crown! Enjoy all the festivities, with free entry and parking.
The current record for the heaviest pumpkin is an incredible 867 kg, set in 2023! The heaviest watermelon weighs in at 82.5 kg. Pumpkins will arrive on Saturday morning, delivered on pallets and unloaded by forklift onto Statheden Street.
